Celebrate the spirit of the Golden community!

GOLDEN, Colo., August 25, 2021 – Admission is free to the family-centered Autumn Fest at Golden History Museum & Park, to be held on Sunday, Oct. 3, from 11 am to 4 pm in Golden.

Golden History Museum, located at 923 10th Street in Golden, will be the headquarters for fun activities on both sides of Clear Creek, including Golden History Park.

Free family activities will include a chalk art display, hourly puppet shows, a 4-H petting zoo, craft stations, big truck and vehicle demonstrations, and more.

The local Westernaires group will offer $3 pony rides throughout the afternoon, and CODA Brewing Company will be featuring sales of a custom brew for the festival.

Admission to Golden History Museum, featuring exhibits in four different galleries and a temporary art display, will also be free.

Partners include Golden Kids Dental & Orthodontics, Colorado Volunteer Infantry Group, Westernaires, 4-H, GoFarm, Mines Museum of Earth Science, Coda Brewing Company, Golden Library, Foothills Art Center, and Golden Street, Police, and Fire Departments.
