Women’s World Cup Soccer is afoot, and once again, one of Golden’s own is excelling on the international stage. Whether you’re a fan or not, I’m sure you can get behind Golden High alum Lindsey Horan. There’s been a fair amount of local and national press on the national women’s team lately. John Branch, sports reporter from the New York Times stopped by recently to discuss Lindsey and tour the museum. I like the fact that he’s a Golden High alum too. Anyhow, his story dropped last week.
