Started by the Jefferson County Historical Commission in the 1990s, it was transferred to the Golden History Museum-City of Golden in 2020.

|History||This c. 1882 1-1/2 story, red brick, front fabled house built by Eugene F. Conant. Conant was at different times secretary and general manager of the Lee-Kinsey Implement Company. William H. Brophy, a Colorado & Southern Railroad mechanic, purchased the house c. 1908.|
