HistoryThis park is located in Indian Tree Village Subdivision. The property was deeded to North Jeffco from the City of Arvada May 17, 1971, and an agreement was made between North Jeffco and Tanco Corp. for the development of the park. Indian Tree Homeowners Association requested the Board name this Mini Park after Emil Schneider, Sr., the former owner of the park site. The park was dedicated August, 10, 1979.
