| History | The Gillchrist home was originally a pioneer home in what is now Pleasant View, probably built sometime around the early 1900s. In 1925, owners C.L. Gillchrist moved it from Pleasant View to Golden, enhancing the underbuilt portion of Clark's Garden Addition. The moving contractor was E.W. Blood. In later years, the Spring family lived in this residence. |
