| History | This Water District #7 lake was named for Dr. James Kelly, who owned farm land at this location. Claimants for adjudication in 1936 were Christ Weber, Louisa Weber, S.A. Mohart, and W.S. Wilcoxen. This lake was constructed in 1865 drawing water from Dry Creek (Kelly Creek) (Van Bibber). |
