| History | Built in 1976, it was originally the sales office for Ken-Caryl Ranch. Today it is the headquarters of activity for the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and the Ken-Caryl Metropolitan District. Ken-Caryl Ranch consists of 9139 acres with almost 4000 acres additional in open space, which is owned by the master association. The Ranch House sits on a 17-acre park and houses the recreational and administrative staff. |
