HistoryThis park was donated to the City of Arvada by Thomas C. Lively and his sister Ellen M. Taylor in memory of their father, Clarence Lively, who operated Atlasta dairy in the area prior to the development of Club Crest Subdivision. The park joins the Croke and Farmers' Canal Greenbelt system, which includes a pedestrian trail and bridge adjacent to the property. This is a native area and an extension of Club Crest Park. Arrangements for this donation became final on July 2, 1979, and the the site became known as Lively Park.
