HistoryManhart Ditch in Water District # 7, obtains its water out of north bank of Ralston Creek. Currently is part of Baker Metropolitan Water and Sanitation District. It was priority #1 out of Ralston Creek, dated August 3l, 1860. Claimants for adjudication in 1884 were William Light, Henry Brothers, A.S. Larey, Julian Scott, and R.S. Boyles. William Light was one of the first officers of Clear Creek Valley Grange, served on the District No. 2 Arvada School Board, and was Past Grand Officer of Arvada Oddfellows Lodge in 1903.
