| History | North Arvada Park was created by E. J. Hoy and Ann Lee Hoy on April 7, 1955. This housed a Friendly Market Grocery Store and several small shops to begin with. It has been remodeled now and has many shops and has been expanded to the North to about 67th Avenue. |
