| History | It was organized as a community church in July 1954, in the home of the Rev. and Mrs. L. Brooks Lauman, who conducted services one year. The next five years, several makeshift accommodations were used. The present church building was started in the late 1950s and several additions have been made. Seven ministers have served people of this southern-most part of the county as a year-round church. |
