| History | Built to house a saloon in 1890, the structure became a grocery store and ice cream parlor later. At one time a local women's club used it for a meeting hall. It became a library in the 1970's and a branch of the Jefferson County Library System for approximately 10 years. At the present time, the library is operated and financed by contributions of time and funds. |
