HistoryThis community, which is no longer in existence, contained a school, post office, blacksmith shop and stage stop. None of these buildings exist except for Ralston Crossing School, which has been moved to the Belmar Museum Grounds. The settlement, established in the early 1860s, was named for the road (Highway No. 72) as it crossed over Ralston Creek.
