HistoryAfter Mr. Leibhart's death, Rose Acres was sold on October 21,1951 for over $100,000 to Denver meat packers Sam and Morris Sigman. Later the Sigmans subdivided the land for two hundred new homes. Truett Memorial Church Purchased the land where the tenant cottages and mansion stood. The mansion was transformed into the church offices. Later the congregation voted to change the name to "Rose Acres Baptist Church."
