HistoryWilliam L. Stepp was a ‘59er who moved to Arvada in 1864 and homesteaded 160 acres west of Arvada. He had many interests: carpenter, builder farmer, rancher, prospector and apiarist. The property was sold to G.W. Harkness by William's wife, Missouri A.E. Stepp, January 29, 1919.
